Synopsis:

Journey to a world of ancient magic, breathtaking sensuality, thrilling time-travel.... Journey to the world of The Dark Highlander. Crisscrossing the continents and the centuries, here is a novel as gripping as it is sensual--an electrifying adventure that will leave you breathless....I am Dageus MacKeltar, a man with one good conscience and thirteen bad ones, driven to sate my darkest desires…
From his penthouse lair high above Manhattan, Dageus looks out over a glittering city that calls to the darkness within him. A sixteenth-century Scot trapped between worlds, he is fighting a losing battle with the thirteen Druids who possess his soul, dooming him to an eternity of sexual pursuit.
When Chloe Zanders, student of antiquities, is drawn into his world, she finds the insatiable alpha male an irresistible lure. Before long, she is caught up in an ancient prophecy that will sweep her back into time to medieval Scotland. Plunged into a world of timeless magic and dark seduction, she will soon face the challenge of a lifetime: fighting thirteen evil spirits for the heart of one irresistible man....

Well...I was really anxious to read this one because in the last book of Karen Marie Moning we get to know that something happened to Dageus, Drustan's twin. Now the mystery is solved...Dageus used the Druid's power to save his brother's life...but because of the power he used his body was "invaded" by the spirits of dark ancient druids who had once been banished of the planet. In spite of this, Dageus is still alive. As the darker spirits try to take advantage of him to gain a "body" he is tries to find a cure to send them back to where they were in the beggining...

Synopsis:

A devil's bargain

Easily the shyest Wallflower, Evangeline Jenner stands to become the wealthiest, once her inheritance comes due. Because she must first escape the clutches of her unscrupulous relatives, Evie has approached the rake Viscount St. Vincent with a most outrageous proposition: marriage!

Sebastian's reputation is so dangerous that thirty seconds alone with him will ruin any maiden's good name. Still, this bewitching chit appeared, unchaperoned, on his doorstep to offer her hand. Certainly an aristocrat with a fine eye for beauty could do far worse.

But Evie's proposal comes with a condition: no lovemaking after their wedding night. She will never become just another of the dashing libertine's callously discarded broken hearts -- which means Sebastian will simply have to work harder at his seductions...or perhaps surrender his own heart for the very first time in the name of true love.

This is book three in the Wallflower's Quartet...Well, after reading the previous book I couln't wait t read the story of Evie, the shy woman of the four Wallflower Quartet friends and the fabulously handsome and rakish Sebastian, Lord St. Vincent. Who could guess that Evie had the courage to ask him to marry her? she only wanted him to protect her from her relatives who didn't want her see her father and she end up falling in love for him...But to Sebastian this was a different thing too...he never expected to fell in love for real...Lovely! Highly Recommended!!

Synopsis:

Four young ladies enter London society with one necessary goal: they must use their feminine wit and wiles to find a husband. So they band together, and a daring husband-hunting scheme is born.

It Happened at the Ball...

Where beautiful but bold Lillian Bowman quickly learned that her independent American ways weren't entirely "the thing." And the most disapproving of all was insufferable, snobbish, and impossible Marcus, Lord Westcliff, London's most eligible aristocrat.

It Happened in the Garden…

When Marcus shockingly -- and dangerously-swept her into his arms. Lillian was overcome with a consuming passion for a man she didn't even like. Time stood still; it was as if no one else existed…thank goodness they weren't caught very nearly in the act!

It Happened One Autumn...

Marcus was a man in charge of his own emotions, a bedrock of stability. But with Lillian, every touch was exquisite torture, every kiss an enticement for more. Yet how could he consider taking a woman so blatantly unsuitable…as his bride?

This is book number two in the Wallflowers Quartet and it's the first one that I read...It's very beautiful to see two people that hated each other so much ever since they met fall in love... To Marcus, she was the most unsuitable woman that he had as a guest in his house -- To Lillian, he was the most arrongant man she had ever met...until they end up in the arms of one another...and Lillian thought it was because of her new perfume...
